NDP UPDATE – FEBRUARY 2023
Following the submission of the NDP documents to the Borough Council (BC) last month, we have received confirmation that the statutory consultation under Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), will commence before the end of February 2023 and that the BC anticipate this will take six weeks to complete. The BC will also begin the process for the appointment of an independent examiner so that the examination of the NDP can start soon after the end of the Regulation 16 consultation.
